Vittorio Marella returns to lineadacqua gallery with a new series of paintings, Leaving Nowhere, and a suite of etchings made in the Tintoretto atelier in Venice. With his highly original language, Marella continues his journey through the Venetian archipelago in search of the perfect synthesis of an instant, of a memory or a hope. Exorcising the disorientation of contemporary Venetians, he fixes time as if to inspire a feeling, albeit temporary, of familiarity and security.
